About the project                      

The project "Young science" was created in 2007 in Izhevsk State Technical University.

The portal "Young science" includes news of science and education, experts' ideas, scientific and popular science articles. The portal informs pupils, students and young scientists on the conditions and development of research and educational sphere, on the advanced technologies being created and introduced in Udmurtia and the Russian Federation.

The project targets:

● the involvement of senior pupils, students, graduate students and young scientists in the scientific and educational sphere;
● informational support of the program "Science and academic and teaching staff of IzhSTU" aimed at the preparation and involvement of young researchers and teachers in the system of higher education;
● the possibility of interactive discussion about science and education prospects;
● the involvement of young people in research work;
● the preservation of the relation between scientists generations and the conservation of the best Russian science traditions.

As the portal is created in the technical university, we emphasize the information about the technical education and the research and development activity in the field of high technology.
